Aperitif

Leeks and potatoes soup with roasted croutons in extra virgin olive oil

Mains

Traditional butter roast turkey, brusselsprouts with bacon, duck fat roast potatoes, seasonal vegetables with a turkey jus

Pan fried almond salmon, snow peas, red pepper and brown shrimp butter sauce

Braised shoulder of lamb with olives, rosemary pomme purée, lamb gravy homemade sauce
